Building
Built in a postmodern style the building gained appreciation in the eyes of town planners and Warsaw residents. They especially appreciated architect's efforts to harmonise the modern building with the historical surroundings. The decision to withdraw the top floor guaranteed that the height of the building does not interfere with the construction line of the street. The elevation is covered in granite and the building's grand windows reflect beige, richly decorated façade of the neighbouring town houses.

Surroundings
The proximity of many important places and facilities in Warsaw makes the location of Norway House more prestigious.
- Konstytucji, Zbawiciela and Trzech Krzyży squares, Marszałkowska and Mokotowska streets, Niepodległości avenue
- Ministries, courts and other government buildings, Warsaw University of Technology
- Warsaw University of Technology
- The capital's hotels, theatres and restaurants
- Koszyki: a new trendy place on the map of Warsaw – recently renovated market hall, with its history dating back to the beginning of the 20th century.

Location

Thanks to the convenient location of the Norway House building employees from the local offices can easily and quickly get to work from any part of Warsaw – by car, metro, tram, bus and even bicycle (there are bicycle racks in the underground parking). Numerous restaurants and cafes can be found in the close proximity of the building.

Spaces
Typical office floor (approx. 660 sq m net) has a rectangular configuration – this encourages an efficient exploitation of the lease space. Planning every meter is simpler thanks to the building's construction and keeping all the installations around the centrally located small lift hall.
An office in the Norway House building can be freely arranged as an open-plan area with low-key meeting rooms or it can be divided to comfortable, elegant offices. Two corners of the building (from the Piękna and Koszykowa streets side) are entirely made of glass, so the offices located there look spectacularly. The view on beautiful Warsaw town houses emphasises the atmosphere of the interior.
